Turn-around time for production depends on the item that is ordered. Generally speaking, it is two weeks for garments and 3-4 weeks for promotional products. Burt's works with each customer's individual deadlines to ensure that products are delivered on time.

The first step is product selection and the determination of the design for the item. When the product, quantity, and design files are submitted to Burt's, the order will go into process.
In order to ensure the best printed image possible, Burt's prefers to use Adobe Illustrator vector files. If that type of file is not available, most EPS or PDF files can be converted for use in our print art. There are many ways Burt's can redraw or convert files that are not vector based if that is required. What types of digital design files work best for custom orders?
Once the order is placed, Burt's will confirm the cost breakdown and specifics of the order with the customer, and our art department will e-mail a virtual proof of the design to the customer for approval. When the work order and the proof are approved, the order will go into production.
Burt's art department is available to help customers create an image for an item from a customer's concept. We have clipart and fonts available to bring your design concept to a printed item.
Burt’s is a custom decorator that handles larger order quantities. Normally minimum orders for embroidery are 6-12 or 24 pieces per design depending on the product ordered and 24 for screen printed products.
