5 Holiday Events to Attend in Northern Colorado
The most wonderful time of the year is just around the corner! Northern Colorado has a sleigh-full of jolly holiday events to keep the season merry and bright. Here are a few events you won’t want to miss:
When: Saturday, Nov. 19, 3-6 p.m.
What: Kick off the holiday season with carriage rides, photos with Santa, cookies, hot cocoa and holiday crafts! The tree lighting starts at 5:45, followed by a special effects light show.
Where: Front Range Village shopping complex, Harmony and Corbett
When: Friday, Nov. 25, 5:30 p.m.
What: Estes Park knows how to add a little magic to the air. The celebration will feature a parade, hayrides, Santa Claus, and whimsical characters including angels, snowmen, wildlife characters and more.

When: Saturday, Nov. 26, 5:30 p.m.
What: With more Christmas lights than the North Pole itself, the Greeley Lights the Night Parade is the perfect way to launch from Thanksgiving to the holiday season.
Where: Downtown Greeley
When: Dec. 2, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
What: The Town of Timnath sure knows how to celebrate the holidays! This event features a tree lighting ceremony with the Mayor and Santa Claus himself, a chili dinner, warm beverages, local choir performances, ornament decorating and more. Plus, bring canned goods, toys and monetary donations to donate to the Food Bank of Larimer County and Santa Cops.

When: Nov. 25-Dec. 11
